OUR ETHOS
We work with our clients identifying solutions and providing the necessary legal guidance in what can sometimes be a complex area of property management. Our ideal is to negate the stress commonly associated with block management with the provision of high quality service delivered in an efficient manner. Our owners feel confident that their residents know they our number one priority at all times.
OUR CREDENTIALS
The GFW Management Team provides more than 50+ years of block management experience in the UK as both landlords, block management managers and managing of property letting & development. We deliver the professional, reliable and service of the highest quality at all levels. Our collective experience helps us keep clients advised on best practice, lease obligations and legislative changes that affect them and their residents.
OUR GOAL
We deliver for our client who has a financial investment in a residential block the service they require making sure the property owners within the block are looked after as it is their home. Balancing both interests is the driving force of what we do for our clients. Well managed and blocks that run smoothly is both beneficial to the residents and the block owners which GFW Management delivers.
OUR CLIENTS
GFW Management clients are mix of residential management companies, Right to Manage companies blended in with new build developers and of course private landlords. Our portfolio is not exclusive to listed buildings, but they do make up a large part of what we do as we have deep heritage property backgrounds. We have delivered major renovations and deep refurbishments for a number of our clients.
